Acentalardan ve diğer kuruluşlardan gelen rehber talepleri, talep eden kuruluştan yazılı olarak "en az Bakanlık yevmiyesi ödeneceğine ilişkin" taahhüt alındıktan sonra platformda duyurulmaktadır.

2. Sorumluluk Reddi:
Bu duyurudan sonra acenta/şirket/şahıs ve rehber arasında kurulacak ilişki bu iki tarafı ilgilendirmekte ve bağlamakta olup, web sitemiz kurulan bu ilişkiye taraf olmadığı gibi, bu ilişkiden doğacak yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ile ilgili herhangi bir sorumluluk üstlenmemektedir.

3. Sözleşme Zorunluluğu:
Rehber olarak görev aldığınız her turdan önce acenta veya kuruluşla sözleşme yapma zorunluluğunuz olduğunu, sözleşmede, "Bakanlıkça belirlenen taban ücretten az olmamak kaydıyla" alacağınız rehberlik ücretinin de yer alması gerektiğini anımsatmak isteriz.

4. Rehberlik ve Çevirmenlik Hizmetleri:
Rehberlik ve çevirmenliğin ayrı ayrı hizmetler olduğu bilgilerinizdedir. Bazı firmalar, çevirmenlik hizmetini de rehberlik adı altında alma eğilimindedir. Bu hizmetlerin bedelleri aynı değildir.

5. Tur Alındı Bilgisi:
Meslektaşlarınızdan anlaşmaya vardıklarını TUR ALINDI mesajını WhatsApp grubuna bildirmelerini rica ediyoruz.Lütfen rehberi bu konuda uyarın.

IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION:

1. Agency and Organization Requests:
Guide requests from agencies and other organizations are announced on the platform after obtaining a written commitment from the requesting organization that "at least the Ministry's daily fee will be paid".

2. Disclaimer of Liability:
The relationship established between the agency/company/individual and the guide after this announcement concerns and binds these two parties, and our website is not a party to this established relationship and does not assume any responsibility for the fulfillment of obligations arising from this relationship.

3. Contract Requirement:
We would like to remind you that as a guide, you are obliged to sign a contract with the agency or organization before each tour you undertake, and the contract must include the guiding fee you will receive, "provided that it is not less than the base fee determined by the Ministry".

4. Guiding and Interpreting Services:
You are aware that guiding and interpreting are separate services. Some companies tend to receive interpreting services under the name of guiding. The fees for these services are not the same.

5. Tour Taken Information:
