Return & Refund Policy

  1. General Return Policy for Physical Products (If Applicable)
    For any physical products sold (e.g., merchandise), you may request a return within seven (7) days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging and the invoice. A completed return form must accompany the request.
    • Refund Process for Physical Products: (If Applicable)
      If the thicket is not used upon receipt and verification of a compliant return,
      the product price will be refunded within ten (10) business days.
    • Important: If the ticket has expired, no refund will be made.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a seller error.


  2. Strict Policy on Digital Tickets & Services
    • These tickets cannot be canceled, rescheduled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. 
    • All sales of digital QR code tickets, delivered via email or WhatsApp, are FINAL.
    • Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase.
    • Upon completion of your purchase, your ticket(s) will be issued electronically.

  3. Refund Processing Timelines
    • Credit Card Payments:
      Refunds for eligible physical product returns will be processed to your card within 5 business days of approval.

    • Please note that it may take 2-6 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

    • Bank Transfer Payments:
      Refunds will be processed to the originating account within 2 to 4 business days of approval
